Telephone number/website/e-mail address/facsimile number A note that the member should mention being a member of NCVANE Rate per night, per room (single or double occupancy) Whether the room rate is applicable to any night(s) other than that scheduled for the reunion Whether a deposit is required Cancellation fee policy Date by which reservation must be received. [Some hotels prefer 30-day cutoff date] - Brief outline of schedule of events
