Carmine "Nuchie" Carnevale Former CTR3 Carmine "Nuchie" Carnevale passed away at Memorial Sloan Kettering Medical Center in New York City on Thursday, 15 November. Nuchie was a dedicated NCVA-NE member. He will be sadly missed at our mini-reunions where we could always count on a good and interesting story from him and his great sense of humor.
