The NCVA-NE held its semi-annual mini-reunion, business meeting and banquet on 31 October 1998 in the Boston area. The business meeting agenda included approval of by-laws; presentation of NCVA-NE plank owner's certificates, appointment of a new Vice President, Ed Carey, to fill the office vacated by Tom Donohue; appointment of a Board of Directors; and an overview of planning activities for the 2001 NCVA renunion in the Boston area.
