Some anecdotes on some of the Supply Dept. personnel.
  • Frau Eckstien would play the Lotto for us.
  • Mr. Webster always willing to take a hand of cribbage over the lunch hour.
  • Herr Lambert had been a WWII U-boat commander.
  • SK1 Wiesensee was decorated as a hero for saving the life of the CMAA on a hunting trip.
  • "Tommy" Thompson got his first dirver's license in Bremerhaven

The best steak hoouse in town. Everyone had a few mugs from the Lowenbrau Restaurant.
