WEAKLEY, USN Was a serving Bremerhaven Windjammer who by virtue of many trying hours and long watches, is justly warranted to bear the title of -SPLINTER OWNER- As attested to by the above artifact which was carefully fashioned by the hands of skilled craftsmen from wood taken from the Olde Antenna Tower, and: BE IT KNOWN: That as rightful and worthy owner of this intricate work of art and item of memorabilia, he is duly entitled to the respect and admiration of all who are honored by his presence.
